My spaghetti is pretty simple:
1. I cook vegetable noodles (the long, skinny ones) for the time on the box. Sometimes when my family gets crabby about the noodles being too healthy, I'll reach for traditional ones.2. I dump Three Cheese Prego sauce in a large saucepan to heat up. You can use your favorite sauce-in-a-jar.
3. I add frozen spinach to the sauce and let that thaw in there.
4. I cook 1lb. of lean ground beef (or sometimes ground turkey) straight up in a decent-sized fry pan, drain it, and add it to the sauce.
5. When served, I top it off with some Parmesan cheese.
